Refund Policy

The refund terms below apply to Asset OS products sold by WAYPRIME LLC (a New Jersey, USA corporation doing business as "Ghil Labs" — referred to below as "we" or "us"). All payments are processed through Stripe, and our corporate name may appear on your card statement or receipt.

1. Digital Download Products

That said, in the following situations we'll issue a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and we're able to confirm the issue:

• The file is corrupted or won't open (we'll offer a replacement first; if that doesn't resolve it, we'll refund you)
• The product is materially different from what was described on the sales page
• You were charged twice or a payment error occurred
• You're requesting a cancellation before the file has been downloaded even once

2. Membership Subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Billing stops as of your next renewal date.
• Any period you've already paid for remains active through its end date, and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
• For annual subscriptions, if you contact us within 14 days of payment and your use of paid features during that time has been minimal, we can issue a full refund.
• If a price increase is planned, we'll notify you in advance; if you don't agree to the new price, you can cancel before your subscription renews.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email ghilpocket@gmail.com with the email address used for your order and the reason for your request.
• We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
