WAYPRIME LLC (a New Jersey, USA corporation doing business as "Ghil Labs" — referred to below as "we" or "us") handles the personal information of users of the Asset OS service (ghillee.com) as described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, name (if you choose to provide it), password (stored encrypted)
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store card numbers. What we keep is your transaction record (product purchased, amount, and the email used for payment).
- Launch notification sign-ups: email address and areas of interest (optional)
- Service usage records: login sessions, download counts, and the minimum records needed to provide the Service
2. How We Use It
- Authenticating members and providing membership services
- Processing payments and delivering purchased products (emailing download links)
- Sending transactional emails (signup confirmation, welcome, purchase confirmation, and policy change notices)
- Responding to inquiries and improving the Service
We send marketing email only where you have separately opted in (for example, by signing up for launch notifications), and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Retention
- Account information: destroyed without delay upon your request to delete your account
- Payment and transaction records: retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, then destroyed
- Launch notification sign-ups: destroyed upon your request to unsubscribe
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Send your request to the contact below and we will review and act on it. If you request account deletion, your membership ends as well.
6. Cookies
The Service uses only essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, and data access is limited to authorized systems. That said, please be aware that no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it on the website or by email.
