Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Deal Desk Pro is a rental-property underwriting and planning app. Core features work without an account. We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.

The currently available Android release, Deal Desk Pro v1.1, does not offer account creation or sync. In that release, saved deals, calculations, favorites, settings, and reminder preferences remain on the device, and the app does not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

2. Information processed in sync-enabled releases

Some future or separately configured releases may offer an optional account. If you choose to create one, we process your email address for one-time-passcode authentication. When you sign in, your saved deals, calculator inputs, favorites, and saved deadline items may be stored with your account to synchronize them across your devices. This does not apply to the currently available Android release described above.

This information is used only to provide account authentication and the sync feature. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Local storage

Without sign-in, saved deals, calculations, favorites, settings, and reminder preferences remain on your device. Removing the app may remove locally stored app data from that device.

4. Notifications

Deadline reminders are optional and scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a remote push notification server for these reminders. You can change notification permission in your device settings.

5. Service providers and external links

If optional authentication and sync are enabled in a future or separately configured release, they use Supabase infrastructure in the United States. The app can open external sources, such as government and IRS websites, in your device's browser. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

6. Account deletion

In a future or sync-enabled release where you create an account, you can request permanent deletion in the app at Library → Account → Delete Account. This deletes the account and data stored for sync. Data that remains only on a device can be removed by deleting the app or by clearing saved data in the app.

7. Children

Deal Desk Pro is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
